喹硫平合并碳酸锂治疗伴精神病性症状抑郁症临床对照研究

目的比较喹硫平合并碳酸锂与喹硫平合并帕罗西汀对有精神病性症状的抑郁症的疗效和安全性。方法选取2010年-2011年广西脑科医院住院患者120例,均符合《国际疾病分类(第10版)》(ICD-10)中伴精神病性症状抑郁症的诊断标准,按入组先后顺序随机分为研究组(喹硫平合并碳酸锂组)和对照组(喹硫平合并帕罗西汀组)各60例,疗程8周,使用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、阳性与阴性症状量表(PANSS)分别于治疗前和治疗第1、2、4、8周评定疗效,以副反应量表(TESS)评定不良反应。结果治疗8周两组HAMD、PANSS评分差异无统计学意义(P0.05),研究组显效率为71.7%,对照组显效率为78.3%。TESS评分差异无统计学意义(P均0.05)。结论喹硫平合并碳酸锂治疗伴精神病性症状的抑郁症的效果与喹硫平合并帕罗西汀治疗效果相当,安全性相似。

A comparative study of quetiapine combined with carbonate in treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms

Objective To detect the efficacy and safety of quetiapine combined with carbonate and quetiapine combined with paroxetine in treatment of depression with psychotic symptoms. Methods 120 patients with depressive were randomly divided into single used quetiapine combined with carbonate group and quetiapine combined with paroxetine group. Course of treatment was 8 weeks. Hamilton depressive scale（HAMD） ,Positive and negative symptom scale （PANSS） were applied to evaluate efficacy, and treatment emergent symptoms scale（TESS） was applied to evaluate side - effect of drugs. Results The two groups showed same in efficacy. No significant difference was found between the two groups on reducing score of HAMD ,PANSS at the end of 8 weeks （ P 〉 0.05 ）. There were 43 （71.7% ）patients in the quetiapine combined with carbonate group and 47 （78.3%）patients in the quetiapine combined with paroxetine group responded to drugs at the end of 8 - week treatment. There was no significant difference on TESS score between the two groups. Conclusion Quetiapine combined with carbonate takes effect faster and has notable curative effect and higher safety in taeatment of depression with psychotic symptoms.
