摘    要:目的优选肺热清解口服液的提取工艺。方法采用煎煮法,以料液比、提取次数和提取时间作为单因素水平,以总多糖含量为指标筛选水平;再通过L9(3^4)正交试验,以上述3个因素和单因素筛选的3个水平,以总多糖的含量、干膏得率为指标,对肺热清解口服液中总多糖的水提工艺进行系统研究。结果最佳提取工艺为A1B3C3,即药材加8倍水,煎煮3次,每次2 h。结论最佳提取工艺简便、稳定、可行。

Optimization of Extract Parameters of Feireqingjie Oral Liquid with Total Polysaccharide Content

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction process of Feireqingjie oral liquid. Methods Boiling with water was used to extract Feireqingjie oral liquid. The amount of water,extraction time and frequency were used as single factor level.The content of total polysaccharide was used as index to screen levels. The extraction technology of Feireqingjie oral liquid was optimized by L9( 4^3) orthogonal experiment,with the 3 factors and the 3 chosen levels of every factor,and the total polysaccharide content and the yield as evaluation indexes. Results The optimum extraction condition was A1B3C3 which means Feireqingjie oral liquid was extracted 3 times by 8 folds of water,and extracted for 2 hour per time. Conclusion The best extraction process of is simple,stable and feasible.
