| 摘 要： | 区域科技文献资源共建和共享是一项系统工程,需通过建立系统的管理机制推进平台建设和服务进度。介绍平台机制研究的基本假设,分析平台管理障碍,阐明管理机制设计思路,以山西省科技文献共享平台为例,具体阐述3级保障的平台管理机制及管理体系建设。

| Abstract: | Regional scientific and technical resource co - construction and sharing is a systematical project,the construction of systematic management mechanism should be well considered to accelerate the platform construction and services.The paper introduces the basic hypothesis of research on platform mechanism,analyzes the obstacles of platform management,clarifies the design ideas of the management mechanism.Taking Shanxi Scientific and Technical Resources Sharing Platform as an example,it concretely elaborates the platform management of 3 level guarantee mechanisms and management system construction. |
