补肾通络防衰方对大鼠脑线粒体自由基水平的影响

摘    要:目的:探讨衰老的机理和补肾通路防衰方延缓衰老的作用机制,观察补肾通路防衰方对大鼠脑线检体自由基的影响。方法:将84只SD大鼠分成青年组、老年空白组、补肾对照组、通路对照组、维生素E对照组、补肾通路防衰方大剂量组和小剂量组共7组,予以相应治疗60天后,提取脑线检体,检测丙二醛(MDA)含量、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和还原型谷胱甘肽(GSH)含量。结果:补肾通路防衰方能明显提高脑线检体SOD活性和GHS含量,降低线检体MDA含量,其作用优于单纯补肾治疗、单纯通路治疗以及维生素E治疗,且与剂量呈正相关。结论:肾虚夹瘀血痰浊阻络是衰老的基本病理。补肾通路防衰方能通过影响线粒体自由基水平来阻止线粒体老化,从而起到延缓衰老的作用。

Abstract:To observe the effect of Bushen Tongluo Fang shuai recipe to free radical content of mitochondrion in rat brain,to study the mechanism of senility,to explore the active mechanism of Bushen Tongluo Fangshuai recipe in preventing senility.Methods: 84 SD rats were divided in to 7 groups: youth group,senile blank group,contrasting group of Bushen,contrasting group of Tongluo,contrasting group of vitamin E,large dose group of Bushen Tongluo Fangshuai recipe and small dose group of Bushen Tongluo Fangshuai recipe.After treating 60 days taken out brain mitochondrion to detect the content of MDA,GSH and the activity of SOD.Results: Bushen Tongluo Fangshuai recipe can increase content of GSH and activity of SOD in rat brain,and decrease content MDA in rat brain obviously.The effect of Bushen Tongluo Fangshuai recipe is better than ones of only tonifying the kidney,only dredging collateral and treating with vitamin E. Conclusion: The experiment confirms the basical pathogenesis of senility is kidney deficience,blood stasis and phlegm hindering veins.Bushen Tongluo Fangshuai recipe can prevent senility through effecting the free radical content of mitochondria.
