HPLC法测定神曲胃痛胶囊中大黄素和大黄酚的含量

目的：建立神曲胃痛胶囊中大黄素和大黄酚含量测定方法。方法：采用Kromasil ODS-C18色谱柱（4.6×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：甲醇-0.1%磷酸溶液（85∶15）;流速：1.0 mL.min^-1;检测波长为254 nm;柱温：30℃;进样体积：10μL。结果：神曲胃痛胶囊中大黄素进样量在16.64～83.2 ng范围与其色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为98.04%,RSD为1.13%;大黄酚进样量在33.92～169.6 ng与其色谱峰面积呈良好线性关系,r=0.999 9,平均加样回收率为99.26%,RSD为0.96%。结论：本法简单、准确、无干扰,可作为神曲胃痛胶囊质量的控制标准。

Determination of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Shenqu Weitong Capsules by HPLC

OBJECTIVE： To determine the contents of Emodin and Chrysophanol in Shenqu Weitong capsules.METHODS： The samples were separated on Kromasil ODS-C18（4.6×250 mm,5 μm） with column temperature kept at 30℃.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1% H3PO4（85∶15）at a flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was set at 254 nm and the injection volume of sample was 10μl.RESULTS： The linear range was 16.64 ng-83.2 ng（r=0.999 9） for emodin vs.33.92 ng-169.6 ng（r=0.999 9） for chrysophanol.The average recoveryof emodinwas 98.04% （RSD = 1.13% ） and that of chrysophanol was 99.26% （RSD = 0.96% ）. CONCLUSION： This method is simple, accurate yet without interference, and it is applicable for the quality control standard of Shenqu Weitong capsule.
