| 摘 要： | 本文采用双波长分光光度法测定复方甲硝唑片含量，可不经分离直接测定甲硝唑和维生素Ｂ６；其平均回收率分别为：１０２．５２％（ＲＳＤ＝１．２１％ｎ＝５），９９．２７％（ＲＳＤ＝２．５６％ｎ＝５）。

| Abstract: | The determination of Metronidazole and Vitamin B, has been performed using dual wavelength UV spectrophotometry- This method could be used for the determination of two components without separation,the average recoveries of Metronidazole and Vitamin B, were102- 52 % (RSD=1. 21% n=5),99. 27% (RSD=2. 56% n=5). |
