| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨我国儿童血清碱性磷酸酶（ALP）正常值，及其在骨肉瘤诊断、预后方面的意义。方法：分析我院800例1－19岁正常各年龄段人群血清ALP测定值及24例骨肉瘤患者的病历资料。结果：（1）24例骨肉瘤患者在确诊时有14例血清ALP测定值高于正常值，占58．3％。（2）儿童血清ALP正常值的确定有助于骨肉瘤患者术后复发的早期诊断。结论：我国儿童血清ALP正常值的确定对骨肉诊断的诊断、预后判断等方面有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Objective:To confirm the normal value of children serum alkaline phosphatase measurements in China;and its significance in diagnosing osteosarcoma and judging the prognosis.Methods:Analysis serum ALP value of eight hundred 1 19 years old children in our hospital and clinical datas of twenty four patients with osteosarcoma.Results:1?The serum ALP values of fourteen patients with osteosarcoma are higher than the normal value.2?Confirmation of children serum ALP normal value is helpful for early diagnosis of recurrences of patients with osteosarcoma after operation.Conclusion:comfirmation of the children serum normal value is significant in diagnosing and judging prognosis for patients with ostesosarcoma. |
