| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中国汉族人群中胰高血糖素受体(GCGR)基因Gly40Ser 多态性与2型糖尿病的相关性.方法采用聚合酶链反应-寡核苷酸连接测定方法,对北京地区102对病例-对照配偶对进行GCGR基因Gly40Ser多态性基因型检测.结果病例组和对照组共204例样本中均未发现GCGR基因Gly40Ser突变.结论在中国汉族人群中GCGR基因Gly40Ser多态性对2型糖尿病的发生可能影响不大.

| Abstract: | Objective To study the relationship between the polymorphism at codon 40 of glucagon receptor gene (GCGR) polymorphism with type 2 diabetes mellitus in Chinese Han population.Methods To evaluate the polymorphism by the polymerase chain reaction(PCR) oligonucleotide ligation assay in 102 pairs case-control spouses in Beijing district.Results None of the 204 Chinese subjects had this mutation.Conclusions GCGR gene seems to play little role in the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes in Chinese Han population. |
