| 摘 要： | 目的 建立紫外法测定澳泰乐颗粒中总黄酮的含量测定方法.方法 采用紫外分光光度计,检测波长510nm,以芦丁为标准品测定本品总黄酮含量.结果 测得线性回归方程为Y=2.1196X+0.0017,R2= 0.99969(n=5),平均回收率为98.75%,RSD为2.08%(n =9).结论 本方法简便,准确、重复性好.

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination of total flavone in Aotaile granules by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method. Methods The content of total flavone was determined at 510 nm by ultraviolet spectrophotometric method with rutin as standard. Results The regression equation is Y= 2.11960X+0.0017, R2= 0.99969(n=5), the average recovery rate and RSD were 99.67% and 0.58%, respectively. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and reproducible. |
