摘    要:目的:研究雄激素对脑穿刺损伤后星形胶质细胞(Ast)反应性胶质化的影响。方法:通过免疫组化、免疫荧光染色及流式细胞仪计数等方法,观察切除睾丸及补充睾丸酮后脑穿刺损伤鼠伤灶周围GFAP-IR阳性细胞的形态、数量与比例变化。结果:切除睾丸鼠脑损伤后,伤灶周围反应性胶质比较单纯损伤鼠明显,表现为胞体肥大,突起增粗、延长,GFAP免疫组化染色显著增强。睾丸酮治疗后,Ast反应程度虽有减弱,但未能恢复到正常

Abstract:Objective:To study the effects of androgen on the reactional glial formation of astrocytes after cerebral stab injury in rats. Methods: The changes of the morphology, number and proportion of the GFAP IR positive cells in the surroundings of the brain stab injury(BSI) were studied with immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescent staining and flow cytometry in adult male rats with orchidectomy and testo sterone treatment. Results: The morphological changes of GFAP IR positive cells in the surroundings of brain stab wounds were more obvious in the cestrated rats than in the rats with intact testicles. In the castrated rats, the GFAP IR positive cells were more hypertrophic with thick and prolonged dendrites and deeper staining of GFAP. After testosterone treatment, the reactions of astrocytes were decreased but remained higher than those in the rats with intact testicles. Flow cytometry revealed that no significant change of the proportion of astrocytes was found before and after castration and testosterone treatment. Conclusion: Androgen can modify the reactivity of astrocytes but shows no effect on their proliferation.
