大黄通气口服液的质量标准研究

目的研究大黄通气口服液的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法鉴别大黄、火麻仁、川芎、木香、赤芍;采用高效液相色谱法测定大黄中有效成分大黄酸、大黄素及大黄酚的含量。结果鉴别方法专属性强,重复性好,空白无干扰;大黄酸、大黄素及大黄酚分别在0.042～0.504μg（r=0.999 9）、0.039～0.468μg（r=0.999 7）、0.042～0.504μg（r=0.999 9）范围内呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.68%、97.36%、97.27%,RSD分别为1.09%、0.59%、0.97%（n=6）。结论本研究建立的定性定量方法操作简便,专属性强,准确可靠,可有效控制大黄通气口服液质量。

Study on Quality Standard for Dahuangtongqi Oral Liquid

Objective To establish the quality standard of Dahuangtongqi Oral Liquid.Methods Rhei Radix et Rhizoma,Cannabis Semen,Chuanxiong Rhizoma,Aucklandiae Radix and Paeoniae Radix Rubra in Dahuangtongqi Oral Liquid were identified by TLC,and content of rhein,emodin and chrysophanol were determined by HPLC.Results The method for identification had good specificity and repeatability.There was no interference in blank control.The rhein,emodin and chrysophanol had good linearity in the range of 0.042-0.504 ？g（r=0.999 9）,0.039-0.468 ？g（r=0.999 7）,0.042-0.504 ？g（r=0.999 9） respectively.The average recovery of rhein,emodin and chrysophanol was 97.68%,97.36%,97.27%,and RSD was 1.09%,0.59%,0.97%（n=6）,respectively.Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative method is simple,specific,accurate and reliable.It can be used to effectively control the quality of Dahuangtongqi Oral Liquid.
