| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察金边瑞香对小鼠血清、肝组织中超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)活性及丙二醛 (MDA)含量变化的影响。方法 :采用黄嘌呤氧化酶法测定SOD活性及硫代巴比妥酸 (TBA)比色法测定MDA含量。结果 :金边瑞香提取液 2 0 0、10 0 g/kg显著提高小鼠血清、肝组织中SOD活性 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 ) ,并明显降低血清、肝组织中MDA的含量 (P <0 .0 1,P <0 .0 5 )。结论 :金边瑞香提取液具有抗脂质过氧化和抗衰老作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:The effects of extractive isolated from DOVM were observed on the change in seum and hepatic malondialdehyde(MDA)superoxide dismutase(SOD) and on the function against stress in mice.Methods:SOD activity was assayed by xanthine oxidase method and LPO content was assayed by molondialdehtde(MDA) method in blood serum and liver.Rusult:The results showed the extrative of DOVM 200g/kg?100g/kg could singnificanly decrease the ontents of MDA in serum and live( P <0.01, P <0.05),increase the activity of SOD respectively( P <0.01, P <0.05).Conclusion:DOVM has the effects of anti-lipid peroxiation and antisenitility. |
