| 摘 要： | 目的观察刺血疗法对脑梗死后偏身感觉障碍患者脑血流的影响。方法将150例患者按照2：1的比例随机分为刺络组（刺血疗法＋针刺法）100例及对照组（单纯针刺法）50例。两组分别于治疗前及治疗28d后进行指标检测。结果刺络组脑血管血流动力学指标改善（包括血管弹性，脑血管阻力、供血情况）明显优于对照组。结论刺络放血疗法对脑梗死致偏身感觉障碍患者的脑血流有明显的促进作用。
