| 摘 要： | 目的：研究川芎嗪(TMP)对银屑病皮损端粒酶的影响；方法：采用免疫组织化学方法检测川芎嗪对银屑病患者皮损端粒酶的表达；结果：与病例组比较，川芎嗪(40mg／kg)可使银屑病患者皮损处端粒酶表达降低；结论：川芎嗪能明显抑制银屑病皮损端粒酶的表达。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:to study the effects of ligustrazine on Telomerase associated with skin injury in psoriasis.Methods:23 patients with psoriasis (11 males, 12 females, mean ages 31.5 to 12.91 years) identified by clinical and pathological examination were included in this study. The express of telomerase associated with skin injury was measured by immuno-histochemical method (SP method) before and after treatment with ligustrazine (TMP 40mg/kg, intravenous drip).Results:The express of telomerase was decreased after treatment compared with that before treatment.Conclusion:The express of telomerase associated with skin injury can be decreased by ligustrazine in the patients with psoriasis. |
