从中医“寒湿疫”角度探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎的诊治思路

依据中医外感热病的理论,综合分析新型冠状病毒肺炎发病的气候、地域、病因病机特点及临床表现,认为新型冠状病毒肺炎符合中医学的“寒湿疫”。本文从中医学“寒湿疫”的角度系统论述了新型冠状病毒肺炎的证候特点、病机特点和传变规律,并以中医理论为指导拟定出“寒湿疫”分期治疗原则,强调初期重视疏散寒湿、芳化湿秽;中期宣透郁热、清化痰热、宣畅湿热、通下湿滞,是阻断疫毒深入的关键。

Discussion on Diagnosis and Treatment of NCP from the Perspective of Cold-dampness Epidemic in Traditional Chinese Medicine

According to the theory of exogenous fever in traditional Chinese medicine,the novel coronavirus pneumonia(NCP)is comprehensively analyzed in climate,region,onset characteristics and clinical manifestations,and it is considered to be in line with the cold-dampness epidemic of Chinese medicine,from the perspective of which.The paper discusses the symptom characteristics,pathogenesis and transmission laws of NCP,and works out its staged treatments based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,which emphasizes the importance of evacuation and resolving dampness in the early stage.The middle stage is the key to block the further development of epidemic by declaring depression,clearing phlegm,declaring dampness and heat,and dredging stagnation.
