摘    要:运用教育测量学理论,对北京大学医学部2001级八年削临床医学专业医学细胞生物学期末考试试卷进行了试卷的效度、信度、难度、区分度和试题的难度、区分度分析。结果显示,此次考试信度可靠,题型分配较合理,较全面、客观地评价了学生对课程的掌握程度,为今后提高试卷的命题水平及调整教学安排提出建议。

Abstract:This paper presents a retrospective study to analyze 2001 grade terminal text paper of medical cell biology according to the basic principle of education measurement.It includes validity,reliability,difficulty and discrimination of the text paper and the items.The results showed that the reliability of the examination was trustworthy.The distribution of topic type was comparatively reasonable.The examination presents a correct,overall and objective assessment of students' command of the course.This paper suggests some recommendations how to raise the level of preparing test papers and regulate disposition of the teaching in the future.
