潍坊地区过敏性皮肤病患者血清过敏原特异性IgE的检测分析

目的探讨潍坊地区过敏性皮肤病与过敏原之间的关系。方法采用欧蒙公司生产的体外检测试剂盒对116例过敏性皮肤病患者；定性检测血清中过敏原特异性IgE抗体和总IgE（immunoglobulin E）。结果116例患者中有86例（72．4％）患者血清过敏原特异性IgE抗体和（或）总IgE抗体阳性，对1种过敏原呈阳性反应38例（32.7％），2种及2种以上42例（36．2％）；6例（5.1％）总IgE阳性而特异性IgE抗体阴性.吸入组中阳性率较高的是春季花粉组合（柳、杨。榆、柏、梧桐）、屋尘。食物组中阳性率较高的是海鲜组合（虾、扇贝、蛤，蟹），淡水鱼组合（鲑鱼、鲈鱼、鲤鱼）。结论潍坊地区过敏性皮肤病的发生与过敏原有紧密的联系，其中，春季花粉，屋尘、海鲜、淡水鱼是潍坊地区最常见的过敏原。总IgE阳性而特异性IgE阴性亦能提示患者存在其他特异性IgE抗体，从而为疾病的诊疗提供思路。

Analysis of Serum Allergen-Specific IgE in Patients with Allergic Skin Disease in Weifang

Objective To investigate the relationship between allergens and the causes of patients with allergic skin disease in Weifang. Methods The serum specific IgE and total IgE of ingestive and inhalant allergens were detected by allergen in Vitro Test kit produced by EUROIMMUN company in 116 patients with allergic skin disease. Results 72.4% （86/116） patients with allergic skin disease showed positive reaction to specific IgE and（or） total IgE, 32.7% （38/116） to one allergen and 36.2% （42/116） to two or more than two allergens. 5.1% （6/116） patients had positive reaction to total IgE but negtive to specific IgE. The spring pollen combination （ Salix, Populus, Ulmus, Parkinson, Indus） and house dust showed higher positive rate in inhalation group;In the food groups was seafood combination （ shrimp, scallops, clams, crabs） and fish combinations （ salmon, perch, carp）. Conclusion The exposure to the allergens is closely associated with the occurrence of allergic skin disease in Weifang. Furthermore,the spring pollen,house dust, seafood and freshwater fish are the most common etiological factors for allergic skin disease in Weifang. Positivity to total IgE but negativity to specific IgE prompts existing other specific IgE antibodies,which provide ideas for diagnosis and treatment of the disease.
