急诊护理人员职业危害及其防护措施

目的 分析急诊护理人员的职业危害原因以及防护对策.方法 选取2011年3月～2013年2月我院急诊内科护理人员38名作为观察组,并随机抽取我院外科、内科、妇产科以及儿科护理38名作为对照组,对比分析两组职业损伤情况.结果 急诊护理人员的职业危害因素主要为物理损伤、化学损伤、生物损伤以及护理人员自身心理因素,多种原因相互作用,引发护理人员职业损伤.结论 急诊科护理人员的职业损伤是客观存在的,实施科学有效的防护措施可有效避免发生职业危害事件,从而确保护理人员的安全.

Analysis of emergency nurses occupational hazards and protective mea- sures

Objective To analyze the emergency nurses reasons of occupational hazards and protective measures. Methods Extracted from March 2011 to February 2013 in our hospital emergency medical care 38 as the observation group, and randomly selected in our hospital surgery, internal medicine, obstetrics and gynecology, and pediatric care 38 as a control group, comparative analysis of the two groups of occupational injury. Results Emergency nurses occupational hazards to physical damage , chemical damage, biological damage and nurses psychological factors, the interaction of a variety of reasons, causing nurses occupational injury. Conclusion The occupational injury of emergen- cy department nurses is an objective reality, the implementation of scientific and effective protective measures, which can effectively prevent the occurrence of occupational hazards event, so as to ensure the safety of the nurses.
