丹参超细粉及丹参水煎液活血化瘀作用的比较研究

目的比较丹参超细粉与丹参水煎液对大鼠抗凝血和抑制体内血栓形成的作用强度。方法采用皮下注射肾上腺素-冰水法制备大鼠急性血瘀模型,测定丹参超细粉与丹参水煎液对模型大鼠的凝血酶原时间（PT）、凝血酶时间（TT）、活化部分的凝血酶时间（APTT）及血浆纤维蛋白原（FIB）含量。建立大鼠下腔静脉结扎模型,称静脉血栓的湿重和干重。结果与模型组比较,丹参超细粉或丹参水煎液高剂量组大鼠PT均明显延长（P〈0.05）;丹参超细粉低、高剂量组TT均明显延长（P〈0.01）;丹参水煎液高剂量组FIB含量显著减少（P〈0.01）。与模型组比较,丹参超细粉或丹参水煎液低、高剂量可明显减轻模型大鼠静脉血栓的湿重和干重（P〈0.05,P〈0.01）。结论丹参超细粉与丹参水煎液有抗凝血和抗血栓作用,等剂量比较作用强度相近。

Comparative study on blood circulation promotion between ultrafine powder and decoction of Salvia Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizome

Objective To compare the anticoagulative and antithrombotic effects of the ultrafine powder and decoction of Salvia Miltiorrhiza Radix et Rhizome（SMRR）.Methods A model of blood stasis was established by giving rats adrenaline injection and iced water method.After oral administration,the effects of the ultrafine powder and the decoction of SMRR on prothrombin time（PT）,coagulation time（TT）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT） and the fibrinogen（Fbg） content were determined and compared.The inferior venas of the rats were ligated to induce thrombosis.Wet and dry weight of the thrombus was examined.Results Compared with the model group,the ultra-fine powder and decoction of SMRR at low dosage prolonged the PT in rats（P0.05）,the ultra-fine powder at high and low dosage prolonged the coagulation time（P0.01）,the decoction at high dosage decreased the Fbg content significantly（P0.01）.Compared with the model group,the ultra-fine powder or decoction at high and low dosage diminished the wet and dry weight of thrombus obviously（P0.05 or P0.01）.Conclusion The ultrafine powder and the decoction of SMRR have the anticoagulative and antithrombotic effects,and have similar efficacy at the same dosage.
