糖尿病合并骨质疏松症的中西医治疗进展

糖尿病性骨质疏松症（DiabeticOsteoPorosisDOP）是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症，目前其病因及发病机制尚未完全明了，中医对DOP的主要治则总归滋补肝肾、补肾强骨、益气温阳，兼以健脾、祛瘀、通络等，采取中药内服、针灸等方法。现代医学对DOP的治疗上是要以控制血糖为前提，抑制骨吸收，促进骨形成等方法。目前对DOP的治疗已逐渐趋于多元化的，多在严格控制血糖基础上采用中西医结合方法取得了显著疗效。本文就近年来DOP的治疗及其进展做一综述。

A review of treating diabetic patients with osteoporosis in the integrative medicine

Diabetic osteoporosis is a common kind of chronic complication of diabetes mellitus. So far its etiological factors and pathogenesy are still not clear. TCM mainly treats it with oral TCM and acupuncture, while the modem medicine mainly devotes to controlling the content of serum glucose, inhibiting bone resorption and promoting bone formation. There are diversified therapies in DOP, among which integrated treatment achieves significant efficacy. In this article, therapies of DOP recent years and their developments were reviewed.
