摘    要:医院文化是形成医院核心竞争力的平台,其实质是以人文为主体,以文化引导为手段,以激发医务人员的聪明才智和创造力为目的。以人为本,加强医院文化建设,不仅有助于医院品质的提高,更增强了医院的发展潜力,提高了医院的核心竞争力。积极探索新时期医院文化建设的特点和规律,打造符合本医院特点的医院文化品牌,是增强医院核心竞争力、促进医院健康发展的必然选择。

Abstract:Hospital culture is an important platform to form the hospital core competence.The essence of hospital culture lies in its human-oriented ideology,culture-guiding manner and inspiration of intelligence and creativity of people.It will be helpful to to improve hospital medical quality,strengthen the development potential,and enhance hospital core competence by building up the people-oriented concept and enhancing the hospital culture construction vigorously,so it would be necessary to advanced cultural construction and create the fame and brand of the hospital.
