摘    要:目的研究X线下体表定位并测量前列腺尿道部的长度以便选择合适长度的支架。方法 36例68~82岁良性前列腺增生症(BPH)引起排尿困难的患者,在X线透视下行逆行尿道造影后体表定位标记前列腺尿道两端,并测量其长度,由此选择合适的尿道支架。结果手术均一次成功,支架位置良好,置入后均立即自行排尿。国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)术前(25.1±4.9),术后(4.8±0.3);术前最大尿流率MFR(5.7±33)ml/s,术后(13.5±0.5)ml/s(P〈0.01)。结论 X线下体表定位能准确测量前列腺尿道部的长度,为选择合适长度支架提供准确的数据。

Abstract:Objective This investigation aim to select appropriate length of stent by mark the body surface during retograde urethrography to measure the length of prostatic urethra.Methods 36 cases 68~82 years old dysuric patients due to Prostate Benign Hypertrophy(BPH),mark the both ends of prostatic ureth ra on the body surface during retrograde urethrography and measure the length to select appropriate length of urethral stent.Results Every patient has a fully successful operation with perfect location of stent,and has urination right after the insertion of stent.International prostatic symptom score(I-PSS)before operation is(25.1±4.9),and after operation is(4.8±0.3);the Maximal Flow Rate(MFR)before the operation is(5.7±33)ml/s,and after the operation is(13.5±0.5)ml/s(P0.01).Conclusion Mark the body surface during retrograde urethrography to measure the length of prostatic urethra,provide exact numerical value to select appropriate length of stent.
