袁斌治疗儿童上气道咳嗽综合征

袁斌教授认为,上气道咳嗽综合征可归属于中医学"久咳"范畴,该病辨证虽主在肺,然与肝脾密切相关,在此基础上,又分鼻咽之别,病理因素为风痰瘀。治疗上应坚持中医的整体观念,将辨证与辨病相结合,以宣肺止咳为主,配合平肝运脾,祛风化痰活血等。

Professor YUAN Bin believes that upper airway cough syndrome belongs to the category of chronic cough in traditional Chinese medicine, although the site of endogenous cough is lung, it also has a close relation with liver and spleen. Besides that, nose and throat should also be distinguished. The pathologic factors include wind, phlegm and stagnate. Therapeutic thought of TCM is based on the concept of wholism and combining syndrome diff erentiation and disease. The main treatment is ventilating the lung and arresting cough with smoothing the liver and activating spleen, expelling the wing, resolving phlegm and invigorating the circulation of blood.
