摘    要:目的:研究嗜铬细胞瘤的超微结构和rasP21、P53过量表达的情况。方法:利用透射电镜和流式细胞术方法进行。结果:14例瘤细胞内线粒体发达,粗面内质网丰富,胞浆内充满大量致密颗粒,超微结构特征与临床表现方面没有特征性差异;10例进行流式细胞术分析表明异倍体肿瘤50%,rasP21表达阳性7例,P53表达阳性5例,两者均表达阳性4例,进一步分析发现,P21表达阳性者,其细胞增殖指数明显高于P21表达

Abstract:Objective:To study fine structure of tumor,ploidy and overexpression of ras P 21 and P 53 and clinical finding correlated with pheochromocytoma.Methods:Electron micrographic analysis in tumor morpho1ogy and DNA ploidy,and P 21 and P 53 assessed by flow cystometry in tumor cells.Results:The study showed that no correlation was found between the clinical symptomato1ogy and the fine structure,and no morphologic evidence was found to substantiate the existence of functionally different types of pheochromocytoma;half of the tumors have aneupliod stem cell lines;there were overexpression of ras P 21 in 7 cases and P 53 in 5 cases,with both positive expression in 4 cases,and higher product index(PI) in the tumor with ras P 21 positive expression than that P 21 negative (P<005).Conclusion:The fine structure in pheochromocytoma is very simile with the endocrine cells and there are the overexpression of P 21 and P 53 in this tumor.
