| 摘 要： | 目的：了解胃黏膜肠上皮化生（肠化生）人群Pi类谷胱甘肽转移酶基因（GSTP1）不同等位基因的分布,探讨肠化生癌变的内在遗传特性。方法：利用PCR-RFLP法检测92例正常人群、55例肠化生组和103例胃癌组GSTP1不同等位基因的分布。结果：与正常对照组相比,具有A/G或G/G基因型者发生肠化生的风险增加到2.075倍（95%CI,0.990～4.348）,罹患胃癌的风险性增加2.730倍（95%CI,1.380～5.400）。结论：具有A/G或G/G基因型者发生肠化生和胃癌的风险性增加;此种肠化生与胃癌有着相似的遗传特性,可作为癌前肠化生进行随访。 |

| Abstract: | Objective：To analysis the distribution of polymorphism of GSTP1 in intestinal metaplasia（IM） of gastric cancer,and to assess the risk of carcinogenesis of IM.Methods：Polymerase chain reaction（PCR） and restriction fragment length polymorphism（RFLP） were to analyze genotype of 103 gastric cancer,55 IM and 92 hospital controls.Results： The subjects with A/G or G/G genotype of GSTP1 genes had an increased risk of developing IM（OR：2.075,95%CI： 0.990～4.348）,and gastric cancer（OR： 2.730,95%CI：1.380～5.400）.Conclusions：Individuals with GSTP1 A/G or G/G genotype show an increased risk in developing IM and gastric cancer.IM patients with A/G or G/G genotype have the genetic characteristics similar to those of gastric cancer,so they should be regarded as high-risk individuals of gastric cancer and followed up regularly. |
