| 摘 要： | 目的评价复发性翼状胬肉扩大切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植及丝裂霉素C术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析42例（46眼）复发性翼状胬肉，实施扩大切除、自体角膜缘干细胞移植联合丝裂霉素C应用，术后随访6～24月，观察翼状胬肉复发率及眼表情况。结果联合手术后2眼有复发倾向，占4．35％。眼表术后反应轻。结论翼状胬肉扩大切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植及丝裂霉素C应用治疗复发性翼状胬肉能够有效降低胬肉的复发率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the effects of extended pterygium resection combined with corneal limbal stem cell transplantation and application of Mitomycin C for recurrent pterygium. Methods Forty-six eyes of 42 cases of recurrent pterygium underwent extended pterygium resection combined with corneal limbal stem cell transplantation and application of Mitomycin C. The follow-up was 6 to 24 months. Recurrence and ocular surface healing after operation were observed. Results After combined surgery, pterygium recurred in 2 eyes and the recurrence rate was 4.76%. The posterative reaction of ocular surface was light. Conclusion Extended pteryginm resection combined with corneal limbal stem cell transplantation and application of Mitomycin C may be effective and safe for recurrent pterygium. This method can reduce the recurrence rate. |
