| 摘 要： | 目的 :观察“益气通经”指针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法 :采用完全随机抽样法将观察病例分为治疗组 5 4例 ,对照组 5 0例。治疗组用指针气海穴“益气通经”为主 ,对照组采用常规推拿法。结果 :治疗组总有效率为 94 4 % ,对照组为 88 0 % ,两组间差异有显著性意义 (P <0 0 5 )。结论 :“益气通经”指针法治疗腰椎间盘突出症疗效显著 ,方法独特 ,安全舒适 ,优于常规推拿法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of finger-pressure therapy on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk. Methods The patients were randomly divided into a treatment group of 54 cases and a control group of 50 cases. The treatment group were treated mainly by finger-pressing Qihai (CV 6) and the control by routine massage. Results The effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group and 88.0% in the control group with a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion The finger-pressure therapy has a better therapeutic effect than routine massage on prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disk. |
