| 摘 要： | 对２３例舌癌切除后的缺损采用舌骨下肌皮瓣整复，结果表明：该瓣在整复舌缺损方面具有取瓣方便，瓣的大小可满足缺损整复需要，术后舌形态与功能恢复较好等优点。

| Abstract: | Defects after resection of 23 cases of ligual carcinoma were reconstructed with an infrahyoid myocutaneous flaps.The results showed that this flap was prepared and raised to locally avoid the necessity of using distant donor site.The flap size available was adequate for repairing various lingual defects,and better morphological and functional results could be achieved postoperatively. |
