| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨心率变异性 (HRV)与原发性扩张型心肌病 (DCM)心功能和预后的关系。方法 :对 60例DCM病人进行心率变异性检测 ,并追踪观察 18个月。将患者分为非心力衰竭组 (A组 )、心力衰竭组 (B组 )、死亡组 (C组 ) ,回顾分析HRV与心功能和预后的关系。结果 :①C组、B组与A组相比SDNN、SDANN、RMSSD、PNN50 均减小 (P <0 0 5 )。②B组、C组较A组TP减少 (P <0 0 5 ) ,C组LF/HF比值增大。结论 :HRV可反映DCM患者的心功能 ,对预测DCM预后亦有较高的价值 ,是一种预测DCM预后的简单方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the relationship between heart rate variability (HRV) and heart function and its prognosis in patients with dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM).Methods Sixty patients of DCM were studied their 24-hour HRV changes and divided into three groups,group A(no heart failure cases),group B (heart failure cases) and group C (died cases).All of the 60 cases were followed up for 18 months.Results SDNN,SDANN,RMSSD,PNN 50 and TP were decreased in group B and C when compared with group A(P<0.05).LE/HF ratio was increased in group C.Conclusions It is reasonable to believe that HRV can be used as a sensitive and direct index in assessing heart function in patients with DCM and it is a simple method to predict its prognosis. |
