福辛普利对兔动脉粥样硬化形成的干预作用观察

摘    要:目的:研究福辛普利对兔动脉粥样硬化形成的干预作用。方法:24只新西兰大白兔(雌雄各半),按体重和性别随机分为3组。对照组给予正常饮食,模型组给予高脂饲料,干预组在给予高脂饲料的同时灌胃给予福辛普利(1mg/kg/d)。上述动物于第12周取血,测血清总胆固醇(TC)、丙二醛(MDA)、NO水平以及SOD活性,并在光镜和电镜下对胸、腹主动脉血管进行形态学观察。结果:给药组动物血清TC、MDA含量明显低于模型组(P<0.05或P<0.01),而NO水平以及SOD活性则明显高于模型组(P<0.01);光镜和电镜下观察到给药组动物主动脉损伤轻于模型组。结论:福辛普利可降低胆固醇,缓解自由基损伤作用,对动脉粥样硬化的形成有一定的干预作用。

Abstract:Objective: To research the intervention of Fosinopril on the formation of atherosclerosis.Method: Twenty four New Zealand white rabbits(half male and half female) were randomly and equally divided into three groups.The control group rabbits received normal diet,Model group rabbits were given high fat diet,The intervented group rabbits were given Fosinopril(1mg/kg/d) by Gavage at the same time of given high fat diet.The rats were raised for 12 weeks.Serum cholesterin,nitrous oxide(NO) and melondal dyhyde(MDA) concentrations and superoxide dismutase(SOD) activity were measured.Pectoral and abdominal aortic were observed under the light microscope and electron microscope.Result: Serum NO concentration and SOD activity increased significantly(P<0.01) and serum MDA and TC level decreased in Fosinopril group as compared with those of model group.The animals' aortic treated with Fosinopril injury lighter than the model group.Conclusion: Fosinopril can reduce cholesterol and release free radicals damage,so it shows the intervention role on the formation of atherosclerosis.
