痛风冲剂对急性痛风性关节炎抗炎作用的研究

目的]观察痛风冲剂对痛风性关节炎急性发作期的临床疗效 ,及抗炎作用的实验研究。方法]临床研究将150例患者随机分成两组 ,治疗组 (痛风冲剂 )100例 ,对照组 (秋水仙碱 )50例 ,观察治疗前后的临床疗效 ,包括关节疼痛、肿胀缓解情况 ,关节功能恢复情况 ;实验研究主要进行抗炎试验。结果]临床研究表明 :痛风冲剂可明显缓解急性痛风患者的关节疼痛、肿胀 ,改善关节功能 ,与对照组比较无显著性差异 (P>0.05)。治疗组总有效率达95 % ,对照组总有效率94 %。动物实验研究表明 :痛风冲剂能抑制致炎物质所致小鼠的耳廓肿胀和大鼠的足跖肿胀 ,降低致炎小鼠炎症渗出液中的白细胞数量 ;能抑制尿酸钠所致大鼠的踝关节肿胀 ,与生理盐水组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论]痛风冲剂具有抗炎、镇痛、抗痛风急性发作的作用

Anti-inflammatory effect of Gout Infusion Preparation (GIP) on acute gouty arthritis

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Gout Infusion Preparation (GIP) on acute gouty arthritis and its anti-inflammatory action in experiment. One hundred and fifty patients were randomly divided into colchicine control group (n=50) and GIP treatment group(n=100).Clinical effect after treating, including the relieving of joint pain and swelling and its function recovery, was observed. In experiment anti-inflammatory test was mainly investigated. Results of clinical investigation showed that GIP could release ache and tumefaction of acute gout, and reform the function of joint, without obvious difference with those in the control group (P>0.05). Overall effective rate in treatment group was 95% and in control group was 94%. Result of animal experiment indicated that GIP could inhibit the swelling of ear auricule in mice and joint swelling in rats foot induced by inflammatory-inducing agents and decrease WBC count in the inflammatory exudates of the mice and inhibit ankle joint's swelling in rats caused by MSUC. There was obvious difference between treatment and control group (NS)(P<0.05).Conclusion]GIP has undoubted effect on anti-inflammation, analgesia and preventing acute attack of the gouty.
