异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯在无痛人流术中的临床应用研究

目的 探讨异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯在无痛人流术中的临床疗效及安全性.方法 将100例自愿选择无痛人工流产的患者随机分为两组各50例,Ⅰ组为异丙酚组,Ⅱ组为异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯组.观察两组患者异丙酚的用量、镇痛效果、平均动脉压、心率、经皮血氧饱和度的变化及术后宫缩痛VAS评分差（VAS＞5分）的情况.结果 Ⅰ组异丙酚总用药量明显多于Ⅱ组,有明显统计学意义（P＜0.05）;两组患者在各时间段里：Ⅰ组的心率、平均动脉压较Ⅱ组明显降低,差异有明显统计学意义（P＜0.05）.Ⅱ组的经皮血氧饱和度、平均动脉压比手术前明显降低,差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.Ⅰ组VAS评分差（VAS＞5分）的患者数明显多于Ⅱ组.结论 异丙酚复合氟比洛芬酯在无痛人流术中效果明显优于单用异丙酚,联合用药提高了手术的安全性,减少用药剂量,减轻患者的痛苦,可以在临床上进一步推广应用.

Clinical application of propofol combined with flurbiprofen in painless abortion

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety ofpropofol combined with f/urbipro~en in painless abortion. Methods The 100 cases of voluntary induced abortion were randomly divided into two groups,50 cases in each group, Group was propofol group, group I was propofol plus flurbiprofen group. Observed two groups of pa- tients propofol dosage, analgesic effect,mean arterial pressure,heart rate,transcutaneous oxygen saturation changes and postoperative uterine pain VAS score difference （VAS〉5points） situation. Results Group was significantly more than group lI in the total dosage of propofol,there were statistically significant （P〈0.05）; the heart rate and mean arterial pressure of group I was significantly lower than group II ,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The per- cutaneous oxygen saturation and mean arterial pressure of Group I1 was significantly lower than before surgery,the dif- ference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. The number of patients of group I VAS score difference （VAS〉5 minutes） significantly more than in group I1. Conclusion Propofol combined with flurbiprofen better than single-use propafol in painless surgery,Combination therapy improves the safety of surgery,reduce the dosage to alleviate the suffering of patients can be further in clinical application.
