| 摘 要： | 通过对近年来小檗碱抗肿瘤作用方面的相关文献进行整理和分析,发现小檗碱主要通过抑制肿瘤细胞增殖、侵袭、转移以及诱导细胞凋亡等方式实现抗肿瘤作用。肯定了小檗碱在抗肿瘤方面作用的同时,提出未来应加强联合用药以及基因工程方面的研究,以期为小檗碱更好的发挥抗肿瘤作用提供依据。

| Abstract: | According to the original article,this paper mainly summarizes and researches the antitumor mechanism of berberine.Mainly the mechanism includes inhibiting the proliferation,invasion,and metastasis of tumor cells,and inducing the cell apoptosis.This paper affirms the antitumor effect of berberine as well as puts forward that we should take combination medication and strengthen genetic engineering research in order to provide the basis for berberine’s antitumor function. |
