| 摘 要： | 目的探讨不同坐浴时间对肛瘘术后创面愈合的影响，寻求适宜的坐浴时间。方法将40例肛瘘术后病人按随机双盲分为两组，每组各20人，分别用0．02％高锰酸钾溶液坐浴5min（实验组）和20min（对照组）1个疗程（7d），对比创面疼痛、水肿、创面肉芽生长情况以及创面愈合时间。结果实验组病人疼痛、水肿程度轻，创面肉芽组织生长良好，创面愈合时间短于对照组。结论适宜缩短坐浴时间可减轻病人创面疼痛、水肿，促进创口早期愈合。
