| 摘 要： | 目的观察奥曲肽＋奥美拉唑预防肝癌围介入手术期急性上消化道出血的疗效。方法分析52例原发性肝癌合并门静脉高压症患者,随机分为两组,治疗组26例,对照组26例。治疗组：术前三天使用奥曲肽0.1mgimq8h;奥美拉唑40mgivbid。术后继续使用三天。对照组患者给予心得安10mgpotid。结果治疗组患者住院期间均未发生急性上消化道大出血。对照组患者呕血2例,黑便2例。结论奥曲肽＋奥美拉唑对预防肝癌患者围介入治疗期急性上消化道出血有效。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the treatment effect of Octreotide+Omeprazole in prevention from acute upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage in the period of interventional operation of liver cancer.
