正压无针连接式留置针在心内科的临床应用

目的观察正压无针连接式留置针在心内科患者治疗中的使用效果。方法将150例心脏病患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各75例,对照组使用普通密闭式留置针,观察组使用正压无针连接式留置针,观察两组回血、堵管、静脉炎、穿刺点感染、留置天数、护理人员针刺伤等方面的差异。结果两组患者留置针留置期间静脉炎和穿刺点感染发生率差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);在留置时间、堵管、回血、针刺伤发生率等观察组明显好于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论正压无针连接式留置针可单手操作、减少针刺伤、保护血管和有效避免回血、堵管发生等优点,具有较好的临床使用效果。

Clinical application of positively pressurized needle-free link-reservation product in cardiac medical

Objective To observe clinical effect of positively pressurized needle-free link-reservation product on Cardiac Medical patients.Methods 150 patients with intravenous infusion were divided into observation group and control group randomly.Normal indwelling needle and positively pressurized needle-free link-reservation product were applied in control group and observation group respectively.To observe different of two group with blood backflow,to jame vascular,vein inflammation,puncture part infection,reservation time,and needle stick injury Results There was no statistical significance on reserve of vein inflammation and puncture part infection during reservation(P>0.05).It was very good in blood backflow,to jame vascular,reservation time,and needle stick injury in observation group(P<0.01).Conclusion There are great advantages of positively pressurized needle-free link-reservation product which can reduce the burden,blood backflow and jame vascular,to operate with one hand,to protect vascular.
