| 摘 要： | 目的研究CT肺动脉血管造影(CTPA)复查在肺动脉栓塞治疗中的作用。方法采用16层螺旋CT对临床拟诊肺动脉栓塞的26例病人行CTPA检查,并于溶栓治疗后复查1~4次,观察肺动脉栓塞的数目及类型变化。结果 CTPA检查示,发病10 d内给予溶栓治疗病人治疗2周后,肺动脉复通率为55.8%;发病10 d以上给予溶栓治疗病人治疗2周后,肺动脉复通率为19.6%,两组比较差异有显著性(χ2=54.27,P<0.01)。溶栓、抗凝治疗1 d、2周、1个月、3个月后,肺动脉复通率分别为30.2%、46.7%、72.2%、92.6%,差异有显著意义(χ2=24.93,P<0.01)。各级支气管动脉复通率差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CTPA检查是无创、快速、敏感性和特异性均较高的肺动脉栓塞的疗效评价方法。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the role of CTPA re-examination in patients with pulmonary embolism(PE).
