高胆固醇血症辛伐他汀对动脉粥样硬化雄性兔性激素的影响及意义

摘    要:目的 观察高胆固醇及辛伐他汀对兔食饵性动脉粥样硬化 (AS)形成过程中性激素水平的影响。方法  42只雄性新西兰兔 (1 983± 0 182 )kg随机分为三组 :①正常对照组 (n =14 ) :基础颗粒饲料 12 0~ 15 0g/只 ;②AS模型组 (n =14 ) :予以造模饲料 ,即在基础颗粒饲料中混合加入 0 5g/kg胆固醇粉 ;③舒降之组 :(n =14 ) :造模饲料 +辛伐他汀 (5mg/kg)。于实验开始前及第 8、12周末经耳缘静脉采血测定血脂 (胆固醇、甘油三酯 )、血清睾酮 (TESTO)和雌二醇 (E2 )。结果 与正常对照组相比 ,随着喂饲高胆固醇AS模型组和辛伐他汀组血脂逐渐升高、主动脉粥样硬化面积逐渐增大 ,辛伐他汀组血脂、主动脉粥样硬化面积均显著低于同期AS模型组 ;动态观察AS模型组和辛伐他汀组TESTO和E2 水平均无明显变化。结论 高胆固醇及辛伐他汀均不影响兔食饵性AS形成过程中性激素水平。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the effects of cholesterol and simvastatin on serum testosterone (TESTO) and estradiol (E 2) in atherosclerosis rabbits induced by high cholesterol dietary. Methods A total of 42 rabbits were equally randomized into 3 groups, normal control, atherosclerosis group induced by high cholesterol food, and simvastatin group fed by cholesterol-enriched diet with simvastatin (Zocor) addition. The levels of serum total cholesterol (TC), triglycerides (TG) and TESTO and E 2 were estimated at the baseline, the end of 8 and 12 weeks after treatment. The extent of aortic atherosclerosis was measured with planimetry for the sudanophilic area. Results At the end of 8 and 12 weeks treatment, serum levels of TC, TG and aortic atherosclerosis areas in rabbits with high cholesterol food were increased compared with normal control group, while the levels of TC, TG and aortic atherosclerosis areas in simvastatin groups were less than that in atherosclerosis group ( P <0.01). Both simvastatin group and atherosclerosis group have no change in testosterone and estradiol during the experiment. Conclusion Neither simvastatin nor cholesterol-enriched diet has no effect on serum testosterone and estradiol in atherosclerotic rabbits induced by high cholesterol dietary.
