| 摘 要： | 目的:研究益气养阴法对冠心病患者内皮素及生活质量的作用。方法:100例冠心病患者随机进入治疗组和对照组各50例,对照组予以基础治疗上服用单硝酸异山梨酯片,治疗组在基础治疗上加用生脉散,4周为1个疗程,持续3个疗程;观察治疗前后症状和体征、临床疗效、血浆内皮素浓度(Endothelin,ET)以及生活质量的情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组对冠心病患者的临床症状、血浆内皮素浓度及生活质量的作用,均优于对照组,除临床疗效外,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:生脉散对改善冠心病患者的内皮素水平和生活质量具有确切的疗效。
