穴位埋线配合降脂减肥茶治疗单纯性肥胖疗效观察

目的 观察穴位埋线配合中药降脂减肥茶治疗单纯性肥胖的临床疗效。方法 将90例单纯性肥胖患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。治疗组采用穴位埋线配合口服降脂减肥茶治疗,对照组采用常规电针治疗。比较两组临床疗效。结果 治疗组总有效率为73.3%,对照组为51.1%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 穴位埋线配合降脂减肥茶是一种治疗单纯性肥胖的有效方法。

Therapeutic Observation on Acupoint Thread Embedding plus Slimming Tea for Simple Obesity

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint thread erabedding plus Chinese herbal slimming tea in treating simple obesity. Method Ninety patients with simple obesity were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, 45 in each. The treatment group was intervened by acupoint thread embedding plus oral administration of slimming tea, and the control group was by conventional electroacupuncture. The clinical efficacies were compared between the two groups. Result The total efl＇ective rate was 73.3% in the treatment group versus 51.1% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupoint thread embedding plus slimming： tea is an effective method in treating simple obesity.
