针药并用对2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者胰岛素抵抗及生化代谢的影响

目的 观察针药并用治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖患者胰岛素抵抗的临床疗效。方法 将63例2型糖尿病患者随机分为治疗组32例和对照组31例。治疗组采用针刺配合药物治疗,对照组采用单纯药物治疗。比较两组治疗前后中医临床症状积分、肥胖指标及糖代谢生化指标。结果 两组治疗后中医临床症状积分与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后中医临床症状积分与对照组比较,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后BMI、WC、TG、FPG、HDL、LDL、HOMA-IR与同组治疗前比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01,P＜0.05）。治疗组治疗后BMI、WC、FPG、LDL、HOMA-IR与对照组比较,差异均具有统计学意义（P＜0.01,P＜0.05）。结论 针药并用是一种治疗2型糖尿病合并肥胖症的有效方法。

Effect of Acupuncture plus Medication on Insulin Resistance and Biochemical Metabolism in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Coupled with Obesity

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture plus medication in treating insulin resistance （IR） in type 2 diabetes patients coupled with obesity. Method Sixty-three patients with type 2 diabetes were randomized into a treatment group of 32 cases and a control group of 31 cases. The treatment group was intervened by acupuncture and medication, while the control group was by medication alone. The TCM symptom score, obesity index, and biochemical index of glycometabolism were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Result The TCM symptoms scores were significantly changed after treatment in both groups （P〈0.05）. The treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing the TCM symptom score after treatment （P〈0.05）. The BMI, WC, TG, FPC,HDL, LDL, and HOMA-IR were changed significantly in the treatment group （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. The treatment group was significantly different from the control group in comparing BMI, WC, FPC, LDL, and HOMA-IR after treatment （P〈0.01,P〈0.05）. Conclusion Acupuncture plus medication is an effective method in treating type 2 diabetes coupled with obesity.
