| 摘 要： | 川芎,性温,味苦,归肝、胆、心包经,功效活血行气、祛风止痛,临床运用广泛,为"血中气药"。川芎古称芎穷艹,首载于《神农本草经》,言其"治中风入脑,头痛,寒痹,筋挛缓急,金创,妇人血闭,无子"。刘华一教授临床灵活运用川芎治疗多种疾病,收效颇佳。本文就刘华一教授运用川芎经验加以总结,以飨同道。

| Abstract: | Ligusticum chuanxiong,with warm quality and bitter taste,belongs to the liver,gallbladder and pericardium meridians. It is widely used in clinic as "Qi medicine in blood". Ligusticum chuanxiong was first published in The Shennong Herbal Medicine Classic. It said that it "cures stroke into the brain,headache,cold arthralgia,cramps of tendons,women’s blood clogging,childlessness". Professor LIUHuayi has made good use of Ligusticum chuanxiong in the treatment of various diseases. This paper summarizes Professor LIUHuayi’s experience in using Ligusticum chuanxiong to share his views with colleagues. |
