| 摘 要： | 目的了解乡镇企业女工性病、艾滋病知识水平、态度及其可能的影响因素。方法用自行设计的调查表,由调查员指导被调查者填写调查表。结果乡镇企业女工性病、艾滋病综合知识水平尚可,其中大多数人都知道艾滋病(96.6%),并且垂直传播艾滋病的知晓率最高(92.2%),但是对非传播途径等问题的认识仍模糊。多数人对艾滋病人持同情、关怀态度(73.7%)。同时,年龄、婚姻状况是影响知识水平的主要因素。结论要针对女工的特点,有针对性地开展性病、艾滋病知识宣传教育,才能使女工真正具有自我保护意识和能力。 |

Investigation on knowledge and attitudes of sexually transmitted disease/acquired immune deficiency syndrome among women-workers in enterprises of villages |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the knowledge and attitudes of sexually transmitted disease (STD)/acquired immune deficiency syndrome (AIDS) among women-workers in enterprises of villages and the possible factors.Methods:The responders filled in self-made questionnaires under the guidance of investigators.Results:Women-workers had common sense on STDs/AIDS, the most of respondents knew AIDS (96.6%), the witting rate of vertical infectious route was 92.2%, which was the highest. However they knew little about non-infectious route.Most of them (73.7%) had sympathetic and concerned attitude to those patients with AIDS. At same time, the age and marriage were major influential factors of knowledge level.Conclusion:To carry out health education on STDs/AIDS prevention and control according to women-workers' character could increase their self-protective consciousness and capabilities.. |
