| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨１０户鼻咽癌高发家庭７９人ＥＢ病毒感染情况。方法：应用免疫酶法测定血清中抗体。结果：他们的ＩｇＧ／ＶＣＡ抗体均阳性，其ＩｇＡ／ＶＣＡ抗体阳性率为５７％（较我县普查的阳性率２．６％高），ＩｇＧ／ＥＡ抗体阳性率为２７．９％，ＩｇＡ／ＥＡ阳性率为１３．９％，均在较高水平上。鼻咽癌患者抗体的阳性率和ＧＭＴ较家属非癌成员为高。结论：鼻咽癌高发家庭存在着ＥＢ病毒普遍感染，有较高的抗体滴度。

| Abstract: | Objective:To probe the infection cases of Epstein Barr virus in 10 families(79 people) of frequently occurring nasopharyngeal carcinoma Method:The detection Epstein Barr virus antibody by immunoflurescence test Result:It showed these families positive rate of Epstein Barr virus IgA/VCA antibody Positive reached 100%,IgA/VCA antibody positive was 57%(far higher than the 2 6% of mass survey),IgG/EA antibody positive was 27 9%,IgA/EA antibody positive was 13 9%,also higher than the local people The Epstein Barr virus antibody positive rate and GMT of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were higher than other non carcinoma member of families Compulsions:The family of frequently occurring nasopharyngeal carcinoma exists widespread infection of Epstein Barr virus and higher antibody titer |
