| 摘 要： | 目的观察联合应用咪唑安定和异丙酚静脉浅麻醉在高龄患者胃镜检查治疗中的安全性。方法120例高龄病人(年龄(65岁)随机分为A B两组。A组采用咪唑安定联合异丙酚静脉浅麻醉(n=60),患者在胃镜检查治疗前静注咪唑安定(0.025-0.05)mg/kg和异丙酚(1-1.5)mg/kg,B组为常规检查对照组(n=60),仅口服10ml利多卡因胶浆,两组均持续监测MBP、HR、RR、SpO2、EKG的变化。结果A组60例均安静完成检查治疗,并在短时间内苏醒,检查中各指标与检查前无显著性差异(p>0.05),不良事件发生率3.3%;B组58例完成检查,监测指标与检查前有显著性差异(p<0.05),不良事件发生率18.33%。结论小剂量咪唑安定联合异丙酚静脉浅麻醉在高龄患者胃镜检查治疗中安全有效。
