阿托伐他汀联合血脂康治疗高血压伴颈动脉斑块的效果观察

目的 探讨阿托伐他汀联合血脂康治疗高血压伴颈动脉斑块的效果情况.方法 分析浙江省慈溪市宗汉医院120例高血压伴颈动脉斑块患者临床资料,依据治疗方式不同进行临床分组,对照组（非洛地平缓释片治疗组）60例和观察组（阿托伐他汀联合血脂康治疗组）60例,观察两组患者一般性临床资料性别构成比、年龄分布、平均病程情况、两组患者治疗前后颈动脉内膜中层厚度（IMT）、平均斑块数、斑块总积分情况和三酰甘油（TG）、胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL-C）、载脂蛋白B（Apo B）的变化情况.结果 两组患者治疗前颈动脉IMT、平均斑块数、斑块总积分无明显差异（t=0.13、1.10、1.20,均P＞0.05）,两组治疗前TC、TG、HDL-C、Apo B均无明显差异（t=0.99、0.99、0.00、0.00,均P＞ 0.05）,观察组患者治疗后颈动脉IMT、平均斑块数、斑块总积分均明显优于对照组（t=4.76、8.59、16.03,均P＜0.05）,同时观察组治疗后TC、TG、HDL-C、Apo B均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（t=6.20、6.20、3.46、5.48,均P＜0.05）.结论 阿托伐他汀联合血脂康治疗高血压伴颈动脉斑块患者可以明显改善患者动脉粥样硬化状态,降低血脂,效果明显,值得临床推广应用.

Effect observation of Atorvastatin combined with Xuezhikang in the treatment of hypertension associated with carotid artery plaque

Objective To investigate the effect of Atorvastatin combined with Xuezhikang in the treatment of hypertension associated with carotid artery plaque.Methods 120 patients with hypertension associated with carotid artery plaque in Zonghan Hospital of Cixi City were analyzed and divided into the control group with 60 patients （Felodipine Sustained Release Tablets treatment group） and the observation group with 60 patients （Atorvastatin combined with Xuezhikang treatment group）.The patients＇ general clinical information such as sex proportion,age distribution and average course of disease,and the changes in carotid artery IMT,average number of plaques,total plaque score,triglycerides,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein B of the two groups before and after the treatment were observed.Results The two groups were not significantly different in the pre-treatment carotid artery IMT,average number of plaques and total plaque score （t =0.13,1.10,1.20,all P ＞0.05）,were not significantly different in the pre-treatment triglycerides,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein （t =0.99,0.99,0.00,0.00,all P ＞ 0.05）; the observation group was better than the control group in the post-treatment carotid artery IMT,average number of plaques and total plaque score （t =4.76,8.59,16.03,all P ＜ 0.05） and was significantly better than the control group in the post-treatment triglycerides,cholesterol,high density lipoprotein and apolipoprotein,with statistically significant differences （t =6.20,6.20,3.46,5.48,all P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The application of Atorvastatin combined with Xuezhikang in patients with hypertension associated with carotid artery plaque can significantly improve the patients＇ atherosclerosis status and reduce blood lipid,showing obvious effect and worthy of clinical promotion and application.
