| 摘 要： | 目的了解护理专科生的职业态度及相关的影响因素。方法采用护士职业态度量表及自设职业态度影响因素问卷对595名护理专科生进行职业态度调查。结果护理专科生总体职业态度得分为(5.70±1.09)分,职业态度中立偏积极;不同年级、生源、是否独生子女及不同专业选择原因之间职业态度比较有差异。多元回归分析显示职业兴趣是影响护生职业态度最主要的因素。结论应加强护生专业思想教育,培养护生的职业兴趣,优化课程设置,突出护理专业特色,注重护理教师的正面榜样作用。

| Abstract: | Objective To know the professional attitude of the nursing college students and the related factors.Methods A survey was conducted in 595 nursing students using the Nurse Professional Attitude Scale and an investigator-designed questionnaire on professional attitudes affect factor.Results the career attitude score of overall students was(5.70±1.09),which was regarded as relatively active.According to different grade,life place,the only child or not and the reason of professional choice,the professional attitude of nursing college students were different.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the professional interest was the main influent factor of the professional attitude of students.Conclusion To enhance the education on professional attitude,develop their vocational interest highlight the nursing professional characteristics and pay attention to nursing teachers’ positive models role should be encouraged. |
