| 摘 要： | 目的:初步评价电针中髎穴治疗良性前列腺增生症的穴位特异性,观察研究方案的可行性。方法:将40例符合诊断纳入标准的患者随机分为试验组(穴位组)和对照组(非穴组),穴位组电针双侧中髎穴,非穴组电针双侧中髎穴向外侧平开2寸处。观察疗后4周国际前列腺症状评分(I-PSS)及生存质量评分(QOL)的变化情况及患者针刺过程中的耐受性、安全性、依从性。结果:疗前及治疗后,穴位组I-PSS及QOL评分差异显著(P<0.01),非穴组I-PSS评分差异无显著性(P>0.05),QOL评分差异显著(P<0.01);治疗4周后穴位组与非穴组I-PSS及QOL评分差异显著(P<0.01);穴位组电针痛度评分VAS均值:2.523 8±1.013 96,非穴组VAS均值:2.114 7±1.425 73,表明患者电针疼痛耐受性良好;除两例患者发生皮下血肿,2～3天后血肿消失,其他无不良反应;治疗期间40例患者按照疗程计划针刺,依从性良好,无脱落。结论:电针中髎穴可显著改善良性前列腺增生症患者的症状和生存质量,初步研究表明中髎穴对前列腺增生症有特异治疗效应,电针方案具有可行性。
