摘    要:为寻找新的生物灭蚊资源,我们用九株菌株的孢子液作杀灭致倦库蚊早三龄幼虫的实验。其中M.SP.GY,P.farlinosus1020和P·flumoso-roseus8078引起的蚊虫死亡率分别可达75.1±23.5%、58.6±38.8%和59.3±19.8%。从P·flumoso-roseus8078感染致死的蚊幼虫中又分离出该菌,培养后产生的分生孢子仍具有较高的蚊虫致死率。M.sp,GY和P·farlinosus1020的孢子冰冻匀浆能在较短时间(1~2天)内使蚊虫死亡,表现出明显的真菌毒素作用。

Abstract:Bioassay was conducted to test the effects of entomophagous on Culex quinquefasciatus larvae. These fungi were Metarhizium anisopliae var. anisopliae 3 305, M. anisopliae var. major 3 401, M. sp. GY, Beauveria bassiane 9 139, B. bassiane 101, B. brongniarlii, Paecilomyces farlinosus 1 020, P. flumoso-roseus 808, P. flumoso-roseus 8078. Among them, M. sp. GY., P. farlinosus 1 020 and P. flumoso-roseus 8 078 caused higher larval mortality than of the control. Blended spore supension of M. sp. and P. farlinosus 1020 after being frozen caused even higher mortality. P. flumoso-roseus 8 078 was reisolated from larval cadavers. The spores of it also had the ability to kill the mosquito larvae.
