| 摘 要： | 针刺因其疗效显著、副作用小等优点而广泛用于各种疾病的治疗或辅助治疗已有数千年历史,并随着现代医学的发展而不断发展,然而其作用机制目前尚不明了。文章从针刺、穴位、经络与迷走神经的关系,针刺对迷走神经的功能调节及其临床应用,针刺对迷走神经功能影响的可能机制等方面综述了近十年来国内外针刺对迷走神经功能影响的最新进展,试图为进一步深入研究针刺与迷走神经功能调节之间的关系提供理论参考,从而有利于揭示针刺作用潜在机制,更好服务并指导临床实践。
